Welcome!  DL Quarter Horses is a family run operation, raising versatile performance horses.  We focus our program on a type a horse that has a trainable mind, athletic, and has an accurate amount of cow sense.  And also proven bloodlines such as High Brow Hickory, Peppy San Badger, Te N’ Te, Orphan Drift, Two Eyed Jack, Colonel Freckles, Zan Par Bar and many others.  All our foals are born and raised in the hills, where they learn how to handle themselves around sagebrush, prairie dog holes, and whatever else mother nature may throw at them.

Our breeding program consists of 35 mares, 4 stallions, 35 saddle horses - from broke, solid horses all the way to started two-year olds and yearlings, and 20 weanlings.  They are all AQHA bred.  We fill our broodmare band with good minds, solid confirmation, firm structure and breeding to excel at all disciplines.

Our stallions are all very good-natured, with plentiful amount of bone and size.  We use them at team ropings, ranch horse competitions, and ranch work around the place.  Nine months out of the year our stallions all run together, the other three months they are in to breed.

The saddle horses range from two to eleven years of age, they are all for sale.  We have solid rope horse to started colts, with plenty of color and size to choose from.  Call or send us an e-mail for more information.
